Christopher Klein

Chief Executive Officer, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Chris is the chief executive officer of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. and a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He is also a member of the Board’s Executive Committee. 
 
Chris has served as CEO of Fortune Brands Home & Security since January 2010. He led the Company through its spin-off from Fortune Brands, Inc. (our former parent company) to become an independently traded company in October 2011. During his leadership, Fortune Brands Home & Security has built a record of market outperformance and strong growth. 
 
Chris began serving as president and chief operating officer of Fortune Brands Home & Security in April 2009, when it was a business segment of the former parent company. He took the initiative to reduce the segment’s manufacturing footprint to drive higher margins, while maintaining the ability to ramp up production. He prepared the segment to be a solid, stand-alone company.
 
Chris joined Fortune Brands, Inc. in April 2003. He began in the position of senior vice president – strategy and corporate development. In this role, Chris managed all mergers and acquisitions activity, corporate strategy development, capital allocation and human resources. During this period, Chris worked with the CEO and the Fortune Brands, Inc. Board to refine the company’s strategy. He helped reshape the company by leading 18 acquisitions and divestitures within the organization’s golf, spirits and home & security divisions, totaling over $10 billion. 
 
Prior to joining Fortune Brands, Inc., Chris held key strategy and operating positions at Bank One Corporation. Before that, he spent eight years at the consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner in the firm’s Chicago office. Chris spent his early career in commercial banking, at both ABN AMRO and First Chicago.
 
Chris graduated from the University of Iowa’s business school (BBA) and earned his MBA at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Patrick Hallinan

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Patrick is the senior vice president and chief financial officer for Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. 
 
Patrick oversees the Company’s strong financial management processes and finance leadership team. Patrick leverages his strong financial experience and deep familiarity with the organization – having worked at two of Fortune Brands’ largest divisions –to continue the Company’s strong financial execution. 
 
Most recently, Patrick was senior vice president – finance at Fortune Brands, during which time he began to transition to the CFO role.  
 
Prior to joining Fortune Brands’ executive team, Patrick served as chief financial officer of the Plumbing segment for three years, where he was responsible for the global finance function. Before joining Moen in 2013, Patrick previously served as vice president of finance at Beam, Inc., and vice president of finance at MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., Fortune Brands’ Cabinets division. He also spent over seven years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management consulting firm, departing as a principal in the firm's automotive, aerospace and industrial goods practice.
 
Patrick received a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University, and a master's degree in business administration specializing in finance and accounting, with honors, from the University of Chicago.

Mike Bauer

President, The Master Lock Company
Mike is president of The Master Lock Company, Fortune Brands’ Security segment, which also includes SentrySafe and American Lock. 
 
Mike became president in December 2014. He is focused on leveraging the Security segment’s strong brands and global supply chain and growing the business internationally. 
 
Prior to joining Master Lock, Mike had been with Moen for more than 17 years in a variety of positions of growing responsibility, most recently serving as president of Moen’s U.S. businesses. While at Moen, Mike led the development and implementation of Moen’s e-commerce strategy, as well as the restructuring of Moen’s U.S. businesses, resulting in three channel-focused business units.  
 
Mike’s other roles within Moen included vice president and general manager of U.S. retail, senior director of marketing for U.S. wholesale, senior director of marketing & product development for Moen’s accessory business unit, director of finance and operations for accessories and corporate controller.  Before coming to Moen, Mike worked at Nook Industries, Avery Dennison Corporation and Coopers and Lybrand. 
 
Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from Cleveland State University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of Management.

Tracey Belcourt

Senior Vice President - Global Growth & Development, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Tracey joined the Company as senior vice president of global growth and development in December 2016. Her focus is on assessing and executing opportunities to grow Fortune Brands’ business around the world in current segments, adjacencies, new segments and new geographies. 
 
Before coming to Fortune Brands, Tracey spent four years as the executive vice president of strategy at Mondelez International, Inc. There she led a group of 40 individuals in executing the company’s growth strategies. Prior to that she spent 13 years consulting at Bain & Company where she had an opportunity to work with clients in the industrial products, airline and consumer products categories with a focus on creating strategic performance improvement programs to deliver sustainable value. 
 
Tracey began her career in academia at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, and at the University of Bonn in Germany. She holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. in economics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario and a B.S. in economics and mathematics from the University of Alberta.

Robert Biggart

Senior Vice President - General Counsel & Secretary, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Bob is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary for Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
 
Bob joined the Company in December 2013 and has instilled a business lawyer philosophy into Fortune Brands’ legal department, encouraging the legal team to fully understand the businesses they support and the need for taking calculated risk.
 
Prior to joining the Company, Bob served as senior vice president – general counsel of PepsiCo Americas Beverages, a business division of PepsiCo with over $20 billion in sales. He spent 29 years at PepsiCo where he held senior legal roles across most of its business units and geographic regions and was the lead lawyer on many of PepsiCo’s largest acquisitions and joint ventures. For more than 15 years at PepsiCo, Bob worked exclusively overseas where he handled transactions, litigation and other legal matters in more than 50 countries.  
 
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Bob spent five years with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, a New York law firm.  
 
Bob earned a BA from Princeton University and a law degree from Fordham University School of Law.

Nicholas Fink

President, Global Plumbing Group
Nick is president, Global Plumbing Group (GPG). The GPG was formed in the summer of 2016, and includes Moen, ROHL, Perrin & Rowe and Riobel. In his role, Nick will leverage the GPG platform to take advantage of opportunities within the plumbing business and accelerate the segment’s growth. 
 
Nick joined Fortune Brands in June 2015 as senior vice president – global growth and development. In that position, he focused on partnering with senior leaders across Fortune Brands to identify, assess and execute opportunities to grow our businesses around the world. 
 
Nick has more than 16 years of international and consumer brand experience with an expertise in strategy, mergers and acquisitions and law. Prior to coming to Fortune Brands, he worked at Beam Suntory, Inc., where he was the president of Asia Pacific and South America, leading eight operating units in 45 markets throughout the region including Brazil, India, China and Australia. In that role, Nick led the return of the business to market share growth in its core Australian business, as well as across all other measured markets, while also leading the integration of the Suntory operating units in the region into the legacy Beam business.
 
Before that, Nick was chief strategy officer and senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for Beam Inc. He also served as the managing director of Beam Global Canada where he led an acceleration of the business resulting in multiple years of market-beating growth. 
 
Nick first joined Beam Global Spirits & Wine as its associate general counsel in 2006. He began his legal career at Bell, Boyd and Lloyd in Chicago where he was a partner in the corporate practice group. 
 
Nick has a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University and an undergraduate degree from the Institut d'Etudes des Relations Internationales, in Paris, France.

Brett Finley

President, Therma-Tru Corp.

Brett is president of Therma-Tru Doors, Fortune Brands’ Door segment, which also includes Fypon.

Brett joined Therma-Tru in February 2016. He brings to this role a wealth of experience and success with consumer and commercial business in the areas of growing businesses, expanding company portfolios, leveraging brands, driving sales and operating performance, global manufacturing and global general management.

Prior to joining Therma-Tru, Brett held a number of leadership roles within IDEX Corporation. Most recently, he was IDEX’s group president, Fluid & Metering Technologies Segment, the largest portfolio of businesses within the company. Concurrent with his group president role, Brett served as IDEX senior vice president and corporate officer, as well as president of the Asia business.

Brett began his career at Ingersoll-Rand Company, and over his 17 years there, held a number of engineering, supply chain and general manager roles across various business units.

Brett graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a BS in mechanical engineering.

Sheri Grissom

Senior Vice President - Human Resources, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Sheri joined the Company as senior vice president of human resources in February 2015. By working with other senior leaders and human resources teams within each segment, Sheri is driving cross-company initiatives to keep Fortune Brands a competitive employer with the highest levels of talent.  
 
Prior to joining the Company, Sheri was executive vice president - global human resources at Actuant Corporation. She began at Actuant Corporation in October 2010. There she established a global Human Resources and Communications organization that included implementing an integrated human capital strategy and improving enterprise-wide services. 
 
Before her time at Actuant, Sheri was vice president of human resources at Johnson Controls and director of human resources and communication at Johns Manville. Early in her career Sheri held several human resources roles of increasing responsibility at General Electric.
 
Sheri earned a BA from Wichita State University.

Brian Lantz

Senior Vice President - Communications & Corporate Administration
Brian Lantz is senior vice president - communications and corporate administration at Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. 
 
Brian builds awareness for how the Company creates long-term value for shareholders through both core and incremental growth. In addition to investor relations and communications, Brian oversees government relations, real estate and security for the Company.
 
Brian joined Fortune Brands in June 2011 as vice president - investor relations, just prior to FBHS’s spin-off from Fortune Brands, Inc. In 2013 he gained responsibility for the communications function and was named vice president - investor relations and corporate communications. He assumed his current role in 2017.
 
Before joining Fortune Brands, Brian served as vice president, investor relations and IMO for Hanesbrands since the company’s spin-off from Sara Lee in mid-2006. Prior to that, Brian served in various roles with Sara Lee branded apparel and managed large customer teams in both finance and sales. He also worked in the Sara Lee investor relations group in Chicago and served as vice president of the transition team that led the spin-off efforts for branded apparel. 
 
Brian graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in finance, and received his MBA from the University of Tampa.

David Randich

President, MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc.

Dave is president of MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc., Fortune Brands’ Cabinets segment.

Dave has served as president of MasterBrand Cabinets since 2012. During his tenure, the business has greatly expanded through the acquisition and integration of WoodCrafters, Inc. and Norcraft, Inc. 

The Company chose Dave to lead its Cabinets segment following his successful role as president of Therma-Tru, which began in 2007. At Therma-Tru, Dave led his team to redevelop the business’ distribution network and supply chain through an industry downturn and recovery. He also integrated the Fypon synthetic millwork products business into Therma-Tru.

Prior to leading Therma-Tru, Dave spent 24 years at Armstrong World Industries where he held a variety of leadership roles, most notably CEO of the company’s European floor covering business based in Germany. He also led Armstrong’s European ceilings business based in England, served as general manager of manufacturing with responsibility for several plants worldwide, and was plant manager in Shanghai, China, and Columbus, Ohio.

Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and an MBA from Mercer University.

E. Lee Wyatt Jr.

Executive Vice President, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc.
Lee is the executive vice president of Fortune Brands Home & Security, Inc. In this role, Lee will provide ongoing support to the executive team on a variety of financial, strategic and operational matters through the end of 2017, when he retires.
 
Lee joined the Company in June 2011 as senior vice president and chief financial officer. He used his experience to help prepare the business for its spin-off from Fortune Brands, Inc. During his time as CFO, Lee has helped build sound financial policies and procedures, and has put in place a strong capital structure. Lee helped create a compelling investor message to communicate the Company’s growth potential to the investor community, and has helped ensure a smooth transition of the CFO role.
 
Prior to joining the Company, Lee served as chief financial officer of Hanesbrands. Before that, he held the positions of vice president of Sara Lee and chief financial officer of Sara Lee Branded Apparel. He has also served as executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Sonic Automotive, Inc., and vice president of administration and chief financial officer of Sealy Corporation.  
 
On July 1, 2017, Lee joined the Board of Directors of Interpublic Group as an independent director.
 
Lee graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale with a BS in accounting. He has an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
